Stephanie Justus, MAT, MSMFT, LMFT

My unique approach to working with clients is deeply rooted in my personal healing journey. Just like many of the women I now support, I too have faced the overwhelming waves of grief after a breakup. Loneliness, heartache, wondering if I would ever feel like myself again are all part of a season I have navigated. ​

Like so many others, I initially sought relief by addressing the surface-level symptoms without delving into the underlying causes. However, as time went on, I grew increasingly dissatisfied with the cycle of temporary fixes. I yearned to understand why my body persisted in experiencing symptoms. This curiosity ignited a desire for a more holistic approach.​

Embracing this new perspective, I recognized that true wellness is not confined to just one aspect of life. It's about optimizing all the elements that contribute to your overall well-being. I believe that wellness encompasses various areas, including how you nourish your body, your daily movement practices, your mindset, and the quality of your community and relationships. By addressing these facets together, we can embark on a journey of complete mental and emotional healing after a breakup.​
